This book is truly inspiring and I would highly recommend to women of all ages. The author is very vulnerable, sharing some of her deepest struggles, which are very relatable to things many women experience in their everyday lives. This book will make you feel all the emotions (laughing, crying, angry, happy), but above all, it gives you actual ways to help make positive changes within your own life. It reminds us that we are not alone in our thoughts and feelings and we have the power to change our own lives and love our bodies. Congratulations to this author for being such an inspiration and beacon of hope for all women.
